We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing Expert with a proven track record of increasing brand awareness and fostering customer engagement. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms, specifically focusing on attracting our London-based audience for scheduled bookings and onboarding B2B corporate clients. Your expertise will be crucial in translating our service excellence into compelling digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals for brand awareness, customer engagement, and B2B lead generation.
• Content Planning & Curation: Plan, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast where applicable). Oversee the content calendar and ensure a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual style.
• Campaign Management: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with potential expansion to other relevant platforms like LinkedIn for B2B. This includes organic posting and paid social media campaign management.
• Audience Engagement: Actively engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, foster community interaction, and identify opportunities for user-generated content.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant metrics (e.g., reach, impressions, engagement rate, CTRs, conversion rates). Use data to refine strategies, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• SEO & Web Traffic: Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social media to our website and booking platforms. Understand the synergy between social media and SEO.
• Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practices in social media marketing.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our in-house content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content. Work with the Business Development team to support B2B lead generation efforts.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest social media technologies, trends, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns for brand awareness and engagement. Experience in the service, travel, or transportation industry is a significant plus.
• Platform Expertise: Demonstrable expertise in managing and optimizing content and campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Familiarity with LinkedIn for B2B strategies is a bonus.
• Content Proficiency: Strong understanding of different content formats (static posts, short-form video, carousels, stories, reels) and what performs best on each platform.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) to track performance, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Paid Social Advertising: Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) for specific objectives like lead generation and traffic.
• Creativity & Copywriting: Excellent creative thinking skills with an eye for compelling visuals and the ability to write engaging, concise, and persuasive social media copy.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and a strong ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• London Market Knowledge: Understanding of the London audience, local events, and travel patterns will be highly beneficial.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt strategies quickly based on performance data and changing market conditions.
