We're seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer (.NET) with 6-8 years of experience to design and develop robust healthcare applications. You'll leverage your expertise in .NET Entity Framework, AWS infrastructure, Redis caching, and MSSQL to build scalable, secure solutions compliant with U.S. healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7). Key Responsibilities:

•Design and Develop: Build and maintain high-performance healthcare applications using .NET Core, Entity Framework, and MSSQL for data-driven solutions like EHR and billing systems.

•AWS Infrastructure: Deploy and manage applications on AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3), ensuring scalability, security, and high availability for healthcare workloads.

•Caching and Performance: Implement Redis caching for optimized data retrieval and low-latency performance in high-traffic healthcare platforms.

•Hot and Cold Loading: Design systems supporting hot loading for real-time updates (e.g., dynamic configuration changes) and cold loading for efficient initialization of large datasets.

•Scalability: Architect scalable solutions using microservices, load balancers, and auto-scaling groups on AWS to handle millions of transactions (e.g., claims processing, patient records).

•AI Integration: Incorporate AI tools (e.g., machine learning models for predictive analytics or denial management) to enhance platform functionality, integrating with APIs like TensorFlow or AWS SageMaker.

•Database Management: Optimize MSSQL databases for performance, indexing, and complex queries, ensuring HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI.

•Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline.

•Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, analysts) to translate healthcare requirements (ICD-10, CPT, HL7) into technical solutions.

•Compliance and Security: Ensure all development adheres to HIPAA, HITECH, and other U.S. healthcare regulations, implementing robust security measures (e.g., encryption, IAM roles).

Qualifications:

•Experience: 6-8 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on U.S. healthcare products (e.g., EHR, RCM, or billing systems).

Technical Skills:

oExpertise in .NET Core, Entity Framework, and C# for building enterprise-grade applications.

oHands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform).

oProficiency in Redis for caching and performance optimization.

oStrong knowledge of MSSQL, including stored procedures, triggers, and query optimization.

oFamiliarity with hot/cold loading techniques for dynamic and static data handling.

oExperience with AI/ML tools (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS SageMaker) for healthcare analytics or automation.

oUnderstanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.

o Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare systems, including HIPAA compliance, HL7 standards, and medical coding (ICD-10, CPT).

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified Developer/Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or Certified Professional Coder (CPC).
