Job Type: Full-time (Trainee Level)

Shift: Evening (06:30 PM - 02:30 AM)

(06:30 PM - 12:00 AM) - For Females Only

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year (preferred)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Trainee to support our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and a passion for crafting engaging content, managing social channels, and analyzing performance data. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a long-term career in social media and digital marketing while working in a creative, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Research current social media trends, hashtags, and audience behavior to guide content strategy
  • Develop and maintain a structured monthly content calendar in alignment with marketing goals and campaign timelines
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and visual consistency across channels
  • Monitor page engagement, respond to comments/messages where necessary, and escalate issues when needed
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports
  • Support campaign execution, influencer outreach, and brainstorming sessions for content ideas and growth initiatives
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and guidelines are followed across all posts and interactions

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communication, or a relevant field
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing (internship or job-based)
  • Familiarity with key social media platforms and their best practices
  • Completion of relevant certifications or courses (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Creator Studio
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Social media savvy, creative, and up-to-date with digital trends
