About the Role:

The International School of Law and Business is seeking a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process and promoting the school's academic programs to both national and international applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and families, providing accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and the application process.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, in-person meetings, and online platforms.
  • Conduct campus tours, admission interviews, and participate in open houses and educational fairs.
  • Guide students through application procedures and support them in submitting complete documentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the institution through campaigns, events, and social media.
  • Maintain and update student databases and follow up with applicants to ensure timely communication.
  • Assist in the review and processing of admission applications.
  • Build relationships with schools, colleges, and education consultants to attract quality applicants.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve the admissions process and enhance student experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in admissions, student services, or academic advising is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive, approachable attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or admissions management tools is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities are an asset, especially English proficiency.
