Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist - Onsite

Cybernef is growing fast, and we're looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to join us onsite. You'll play a crucial role in fueling our sales pipeline through smart targeting, strategic outreach, and hands-on lead management—especially across platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Glassdoor, Indeed, and AngelList.

We focus on cutting-edge services including:

UI/UX Design, Web & Application Development, AI/ML Focused Projects

Responsibilities
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Glassdoor, Indeed, AngelList, and others to identify ideal prospects
  • Execute end-to-end lead generation campaigns, both manual and automated
  • Run targeted email outreach campaigns with high open and reply rates
  • Work closely with the business development team to hand off qualified leads
  • Maintain and clean CRM databases for high accuracy
  • Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to improve conversion
  • Stay up to date on best practices in lead gen and B2B marketing
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation and B2B email marketing
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and outreach strategies
  • Experience with platforms like Glassdoor, AngelList, Sales Navigator, Indeed
  • Familiar with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Mailshake, or similar
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must have a proven track record—short job tenures will be a red flag
  • Onsite availability is mandatory – This is not a remote position
