IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

To ensure seamless execution of all sales activations (including Kiosks, Vans, Floats, Institutional, and Market-level activities) by effectively coordinating with vendors and facilitating Sales teams across all channels nationwide. The role also involves planning and executing the annual Trade Engagement calendar, including occasional, seasonal, and ongoing initiatives. Additionally, the role is responsible for timely execution of all trade communications (e.g., Trade Letters, SMS, IVR, Robocalls) by securing necessary approvals from internal and external stakeholders.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Plan and implement nationwide activation activities, ensuring 90%+ continuity and effectiveness across all touchpoints.
  • Verify executions and ensure timely disbursements related to activations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time reporting and visibility of all ongoing activities.
  • Roll out engagement calendars and manage end-to-end execution, including purchase planning, budgeting, approvals, and timely delivery across regions.
  • Ensure issuance of trade communication letters to regions within 7 working days of approval; SMS, IVR, and Robocalls to be executed within 72 hours of approval.
  • Manage vendors as per defined SLAs to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Audit, verify, and process invoices within 7 working days of receipt.

Qualification

  • HEC recognized degree from a reputable university in Business.
