We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter based in Pakistan to join our team. This role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and managing engineering talent from Pakistan to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment and a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in tech roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, attract, and engage with qualified engineering candidates.
  2. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
  3. Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of our clients.
  4. Collaborate with our recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and changes in the job market to effectively advise clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technical roles.
  2. Strong understanding of the tech industry and key skills required for various engineering positions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  5. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.

Technical Knowledge:

Recruitment Experience:

  1. Proven track record in recruiting for technical roles, including experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
  2. Experience in sourcing and placing candidates for various engineering positions.

Sourcing Skills:

  1. Ability to use various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases) to find and attract top talent.
  2. Skills in conducting effective candidate searches and networking.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  2. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry contacts.

Negotiation Skills:

  1. Experience in negotiating job offers, salaries, and employment terms with candidates.
  2. Ability to manage and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the recruitment process.
  3. Ability to adapt to changing client needs, market trends, and recruitment challenges.
