Hiring Creative Marketing Specialist

Locations: Lahore

Job Type: Full Time - Onsite

Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who wants to be part of a world-class marketing team.

This role will be very challenging. We operate in an ever-evolving and dynamic business environment. You should have a deep love for data-driven decision-making and be willing to continuously learn and improve. You cannot be afraid of failure and must be committed to delivering truly incremental results through understanding experiment-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with creative agencies to design marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with media agencies to ensure all performance and brand metrics are on track.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies to meet all PR-related KPIs.
  • Proofread marketing copy for campaigns.
  • Manage distribution of retail marketing materials.
  • Conduct online and offline market research.
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns to assess their effectiveness across touchpoints.
  • Monitor competitor activities and prepare weekly and monthly reports on the competitive landscape.
  • Track ROI and prepare weekly and monthly reports for the marketing manager.

Who You Are:

  • Proficient with Excel and Pivot Tables.
  • Experience with at least one of the following: Tableau, SQL, or R.
  • Understanding of full-stack marketing, including acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Strategic thinker and good listener.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and open to experimentation and continuous improvement.
