The Project Manager is responsible for leading the project team to deliver projects that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to total quality control guidelines throughout the customer life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
  2. Manage Kloud 7 inventory and procurement requests.
  3. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements and track project costs in order to meet budget.
  4. Implement effective project methodologies, develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  5. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
  6. Coordinate staff and internal resources and efficiently manage them to reach objectives.
  7. Manage project progress and adapt to required workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
  8. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing them with updates on strategy and progress.
  9. Design and sign off on contracts.
  10. Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  11. Participate in tender process i.e. design, submission and review.
  12. Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.
  13. Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
  14. Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.
  15. Manage the team efficiently.
Job Specification
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
  2. 5-8 years of project management and related experience.
  3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  4. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  5. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  6. Excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
  7. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
