The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical recruitment, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
  • Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media recruiting tools.
  • Familiarity with technical skills assessments and interviewing techniques.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
