Job Summary

Mindbridge is seeking a
Technical Recruiter
to source, assess, and hire top technical talent for our organization. The Technical Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, design effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for technical positions such as software developers, system engineers, IT support, designers and other technology-focused and administrative roles, while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify technical hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and social media portals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments, coding tests, and interview panels with internal teams.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical hiring.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position Mindbridge as an employer of choice in the tech space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as a
    Technical Recruiter
    or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Familiarity with technical roles such as developers, network engineers, IT support, and system administrators.
  • Strong understanding of technical jargon, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
