The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including end-to-end technical & non-technical recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good understanding of HR best practices and prior IT industry work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process by posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure HR policies are consistently followed and updated as needed.
  • Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
  • Coordinate training and development programs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manages employee performance and KPIs tracking

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role
  • Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and recruitment tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Prior technical & non-technical hiring experience
  • Past work experience in international IT & Tech firm is a plus

This is an on-site role based in PWD, Islamabad. Apply only if you can commute to the location.
