Are you a customer-focused professional with strong communication and coordination skills? We're looking for a Special Services Co-ordinator to join our growing team. This is an on-site role with standard working hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UK time), and requires a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to managing customer service and logistical coordination.

About the Role:

As a Special Services Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients—ensuring that every enquiry, quote, and booking is handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently. You will coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and high client satisfaction. This role involves CRM updates, quoting, booking, and end-to-end case ownership, all while maintaining strong attention to detail and service excellence.

What We're Looking For:
  1. Excellent written and spoken English
  2. Strong customer service and communication skills
  3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  4. Professionalism in phone and email interactions
  5. Detail-oriented with strong IT skills (MS Office, email systems)
  6. A calm, confident, and problem-solving mindset
  7. Experience in logistics or coordination roles is a plus
  8. Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems is desirable but not essential
Additional Requirements:
  1. Must pass a basic background check
  2. Must have a 5-year checkable employment history
