Job Purpose
Acts as the airline's ambassador; strives to achieve customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image by enhancing the overall customer experience. Provides excellent customer service to all passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle. Must be fit and ready to operate, ensuring productivity aligns with set measures and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights. Attend briefings to understand flight details, roles, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.
Safety Measures
- Instruct passengers on safety procedures to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Identify safety and security risks and collaborate with the Cabin Supervisor for remedial actions according to SOPs.
- Administer first aid when necessary.
- Report irregularities and malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain as appropriate.
Customer Service
- Welcome passengers and assist with boarding formalities; record necessary data in the aircraft logbook per airline and civil aviation authority procedures.
- Provide excellent service by attending to passenger requests and needs.
- Assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties following policies and procedures.
- Promote onboard revenue, including meals, products, and charity services, to meet individual and team targets.
- Handle cash and credit card payments securely.
Pre-Flight and Post-Flight Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-flight checks of supplies and equipment; report deficiencies.
- Ensure cabin cleanliness and adequate provisioning at transit stations.
- Coordinate handovers with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Complete post-flight reports and assessments, including cabin safety and duty-free procedures.
- Maintain professional knowledge through recurrent training and workshops.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Open to candidates attending the open house without invitation.
- Minimum age: 18 years; maximum age: 28 for Cabin Crew, 36 for Lead Cabin Crew.
- Attested SSC/O-Level and HSC/A-Level certificates.
- Valid CNIC and passport.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Height: 160 cm (female), 170 cm (male); proportional weight.
- Clear skin without visible tattoos when in uniform.
- Physically and medically fit for cabin duties.
- Fresh candidates may apply for Cabin Crew; experienced Cabin Crew only for Lead Cabin Crew.
