Job Title: General Manager (Civil Works) (Head of Department)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled General Manager civil works (Head of Department) to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate has to manage all aspects of building projects, infrastructure projects including planning budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and coordination between contractors, vendors, designers, and clients. This role requires extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety standards, and leadership skills to guide teams through the complexities of construction projects. The candidate must have complete knowledge of MEP, structure, architecture and infrastructure drawings.

Qualifications & Experience:

·Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management (with valid P.E.C registration).

·Project Management certifications is a plus.

·Knowledge of industry-specific software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).

·15+ years of experience in construction project management, focusing on commercial, residential, & infrastructure projects.

·Minimum 7 years' experience as a head of department.

Salary & Benefits:

·Company will provide Rs: 400,000 per month.

·Company will provide 1300 cc vehicle with monthly petrol allowance.

·Company will provide Group Health Insurance, Residency at project site, Bonuses, Increments and other benefits as per company policy.
