Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Trainer role located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting workshops, and providing one-on-one coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. The Trainer will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensure that training materials are up-to-date, and collaborate with various departments to address training needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training, Coaching, and Workshop Facilitation
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to Develop and Update Training Materials
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Team Collaboration Skills
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Telemarketing is a plus
  • Experience in Website Development, Application Development, or Graphic Designing is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
