Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced OSHA 500 Certified Trainer to deliver comprehensive safety training aligned with OSHA standards for a US-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions remotely, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver virtual OSHA 10 and OSHA 30-hour Construction Outreach Training Programs.
  • Conduct engaging, interactive safety training sessions tailored to various roles within the client's team.
  • Update and maintain training materials to align with the latest OSHA standards.
  • Assess trainees through quizzes, tests, and practical safety knowledge checks.
  • Provide feedback and post-training evaluations to management.
  • Support the creation of a long-term safety training roadmap for the organization.
  • Stay current with OSHA updates and best practices in construction safety.

Requirements:

  • Must hold an active OSHA 500 Trainer Authorization (Construction Industry).
  • Proven experience delivering remote or in-person OSHA training.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with US safety regulations and training standards.
  • Ability to work US time zones.
  • Reliable internet connection and remote working setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience training teams in construction, industrial, or related high-risk industries.
  • Knowledge of digital training platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Learning Management Systems.
