We at Inbox Business Technologies are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Consultant - BCMS to support the implementation and management of Business Continuity Management Systems in line with ISO 22301 standards. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who have foundational experience or exposure to BCMS projects, business impact analysis (BIA), or risk assessments, and are looking to grow their consulting career in the field of business continuity and organizational resilience.

Job Description:

  • Assist in the implementation and review of ISO 22301-based Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS).
  • Support Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessment exercises.
  • Help in documenting business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Assist in testing and simulation exercises for business continuity readiness.
  • Support the preparation of BCMS policies, procedures, and compliance reports.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business Continuity, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 22301 Foundation, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in BCMS, or IT governance-related roles.
  • Knowledge of ISO 22301 business continuity planning, risk assessment, and resilience strategies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.
