Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct donor medical screening and eligibility assessments.
  • Supervise blood collection procedures, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Address donor concerns and manage adverse reactions during donation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate donor records and blood unit documentation.
  • Provide guidance to staff on medical procedures and donor management.
  • Submit reports on camp activities and blood collection metrics.

Work Conditions:

  • Rotational-based camp duties with no fixed timing.
  • Required to complete 8 working hours per day.
