New York Life Insurance Company is currently seeking supervisors to join our Fast Track Partner initiative. We are looking for individuals with leadership qualities who could be potential candidates for our General Office as a Partner. As part of the Fast Track Management Program, you will start as a financial professional to gain practical experience. Upon meeting program criteria, you will have the opportunity to transition into a management role as an Associate Partner.

In this position, you will recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals. You will also participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, a rigorous six-month course designed to prepare you for success as a manager. Responsibilities

  1. Hire and lead your own team of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner.
  2. Present potential solutions using a comprehensive range of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds.
  3. Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by developing customized, long-term strategies tailored to their needs.
  4. Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month course to develop your skills and prepare you for management success.
  5. Complete program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience is required.
  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, seeking a satisfying and challenging career.
  • Experience in the financial services and/or insurance industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of cultural markets is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and business development.

Compensation

$112,500 per year
