Role Definition:
  1. The candidate will join the Global Sourcing & Logistics Service Center organization and will be responsible for processing Sourcing & Procurement requests for specific commodities across various regions.
  2. The role includes providing support to buyers and businesses across regions.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Graduates with 1-2 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain in BPO/ITES supporting US/UK clients.
  2. Experience with PR to PO process is essential.
Position Activities Include:
  1. Maintaining purchasing systems reflecting current pricing and contract terms.
  2. Resolving exception notices and invoicing disputes.
  3. Addressing basic supply problems and escalating issues as needed.
  4. Placing spot orders.
  5. Preparing draft purchase contracts from established formats.
  6. Handling administration and reporting using DuPont systems and external sources.
  7. Collaborating with regional and global buying teams to support portfolio management and savings initiatives.
Job Qualifications:

  2. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  3. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  4. Ability to multitask effectively.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  6. Willingness to work US shift timings.
  7. Professionalism and tact in interactions with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  8. Self-driven, results-oriented, adaptable to change, and open to new challenges.
