• Maintaining purchasing systems to ensure accurate pricing and contract terms.
• Resolving exception notices and other invoicing disputes.
• Resolving basic supply problems and escalating as necessary.
• Placing spot orders.
• Preparing draft purchase contracts from established formats.
• Administering and reporting on procurement activities.
• Liaising with regional and global buying teams to provide information and analytical support.
