We are hiring a full-time Business Management Lecturer with a minimum of three (03) years of teaching experience in business management and hands-on experience in delivering & teaching TNE education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach various modules, prepare teaching materials, and assess student performance.
  • Develop and update course materials and lecture notes.
  • Utilize diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business or a related field with 3 years of experience.
  • PhD degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with prospective students, families, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service orientation to provide a positive and supportive experience for students.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in admission management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the education sector, admission procedures, and enrollment processes is desirable.
Student Assessment:
  • Design and grade assessments, assignments, and exams promptly.
  • Provide constructive feedback to support students' academic growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students.
  • Proficiency in educational technology and online learning platforms.
