Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer to join our faculty in Business Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching assigned courses, developing learning materials, and contributing to the planning of teaching programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Teaching and Curriculum Development: Teach assigned courses as per faculty workload policy, develop learning materials, and prepare schemes of work to monitor student progress, achievement, and attendance.
  2. Assessment and Feedback: Set, mark, and assess work and examinations, providing feedback to students on their performance.
  3. Student Support: Supervise student projects, field trips, and placements, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
  4. Collaboration and Professional Development: Liaise with academic colleagues and contribute to the development of module information packs, assignments, and examination questions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A relevant degree and teaching qualification or experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and engage students, and experience with curriculum design and delivery.
  • Attributes: Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
