We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media and Brand Designer/Manager to join our team and help us build and grow strong online presences for our brand and clients.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Social Media and Brand Designer/Manager to elevate our brand's identity and lead our social media strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts, managing brand guidelines, and implementing social media strategies across various platforms. Your efforts will ensure consistency and engagement, ultimately enhancing the brand's presence and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring content is consistent with the brand's voice and tone.
  • Content Creation: Design visually compelling social media posts, stories, banners, and ads that align with the company's brand identity.
  • Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance and evolve the brand's visual identity across all channels, including websites, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with online audiences, respond to comments, and foster community engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and other departments to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Brand Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs and brand development work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • In-depth knowledge of current trends in social media and eCommerce.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
