Social Media Manager (Junior/Mid-Junior)

Location: Onsite – Islamabad

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Manager (Junior/Mid-Junior level) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of experience in social media management who is eager to grow their skills, contribute ideas, and manage day-to-day execution across digital platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen our brand presence, engage with our community, and monitor performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media engagement strategies to boost brand value and drive growth for our portfolio of companies
  • Create and manage content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Monitor channels for engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community interaction
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, followers) and prepare simple monthly reports
  • Research trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities in social media
  • Collaborate with other team members to execute campaigns
  • Support in setting up and running paid social media campaigns (optional)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • 1–3 years of experience managing or assisting with social media accounts (preferably with US clients)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics
  • Basic knowledge of design/editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
Good to Have:
  • Experience with paid social campaigns
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how social content ties into search
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts/brands simultaneously
