Senior Manager Educational Technology

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Educational Technology for a reputable school based in Lahore.
Requirements:- Masters in Computer Science from a reputable university with 7 to 8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to set clear, measurable goals emphasizing good time management without sacrificing quality.
- Professional skills within the project field to act as a mentor and contribute to keeping projects on schedule.
- Consult with the Lead and Technical Manager regarding professional skill development.
- Expert knowledge of programming languages, data structures, computer logic, and flowcharting.
- Expertise in standard development tools.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and pricing.
- Ability to advise, counsel, and educate executives and management on their competitive or financial impact.
- Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide business recovery plan for IT services in case of disaster.
- Develop and maintain enterprise IT plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the protection of IT assets, security, and privacy of information.
- Establish IT departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures.
- Proficiency in Dot Net Framework 2.0/3.0/3.5/4.0/4.5.
- Experience with ASP.NET 2.0, WinForms 2.0, WPF, ADO.NET.
- Knowledge of SQL Server 2000/2005/2008.
- Experience with Crystal Reports 10/11+.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010.
- Certification in Networking.
