Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SharePoint specialist to join our academic training institution. This is a mission-driven role that focuses on equitable access to education and professional development.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with at least one LMS platform and/or Microsoft SharePoint, as well as a strong understanding of digital learning environments and instructional technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, manage, and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms.
  • Develop and manage Microsoft SharePoint sites for internal documentation, collaboration, and resource sharing.
  • Support integration of LMS with tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
  • Train staff on effective use of LMS and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with Learning Designers to structure and publish course content.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
Requirements:

Required:

  • Proven experience with at least one LMS platform and/or Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of digital learning environments and instructional technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in non-profit or educational settings.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
