Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for an IGCSE Islamiyat Teacher at SuperNova School, Faisal Town Campus, F-18, Islamabad. The Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, education delivery, communication with students and parents, and teaching.

Qualification Criteria for IGCSE Islamiyat Teacher

• Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Islamiyat or a closely related field. A Master's degree in Islamiyat or Islamic Studies is preferred.
• Teaching Experience: At least five years of teaching experience in IGCSE Islamiyat, with a strong track record of student achievement.
• Exam Preparation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in preparing students for IGCSE Islamiyat examinations, including familiarity with the Cambridge assessment standards and mark schemes.
• Instructional Skills: Proficient in lesson planning, curriculum development, and using effective pedagogical approaches tailored to the IGCSE curriculum.
• Communication and Classroom Management: Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners.

Professional Development: Ability to train, mentor, or support other teachers in best practices related to teaching Islamiyat. Participation in professional training programs or workshops is a plus.
