We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Product Development Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  1. Work with product managers, solutions architects, and business analysts.
  2. Design, develop, and maintain applications utilizing Spring Boot and Microservices.
  3. Have hands-on experience, including coding, system architecture/design, and understanding how to build highly available and scalable microservices on cloud infrastructure.
  4. Build solutions with an engineering mindset that not only achieve functional objectives but also address non-functional requirements with consistent performance to help our business grow revenue.
  5. Develop and manage professionalism, foster collaboration, adopt best practices, and ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.
  6. Collaborate with a global team, coordinating activities across regional boundaries.
  7. Proactively remove impediments, identify risks, and communicate issues to Program Management.
  8. Identify process inefficiencies and find innovative, pragmatic ways to eliminate them.
