Job Description

Educational Background:

  • BBA (4 years) / MBA (2 years) from HEC Recognized University
  • (Master's degree in a related field will be preferred)

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field

Skills and Competencies:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of franchisees within the region to ensure smooth functioning, compliance, and support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and serve as the main point of contact, ensuring effective communication.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the regional footprint, including onboarding of new franchisees and corporate clients.
  • Monitor franchisee performance against key operational and financial metrics.
  • Implement improvements in operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure the implementation of SOPs and compliance.
  • Address operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Coordinate with the field team and internal departments to align with business goals and strategies.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Initial contract period of 5 years, extendable if required.
  2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without reasons.
