We are seeking an experienced Azure & M365 Administrator to manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, authentication services, security, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation, security, and compliance of Azure and M365 environments, working collaboratively with global IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, deploy, and maintain Azure Landing Zones to ensure best practices in governance, security, and compliance.
  2. Manage Azure ARC for hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premises and cloud resources.
  3. Administer Azure Backup solutions for data protection and disaster recovery.
  4. Oversee Azure Cloud Administration, including resource management, networking, and storage account configurations.
  5. Configure and manage LDAP authentication and SSO solutions for secure access.
  6. Maintain and optimize Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
  7. Support and manage a Hybrid IT Environment integrating on-premises and cloud-based solutions.

M365 Administration:

  1. Manage SharePoint Online for collaboration, document management, and security controls.
  2. Administer Defender & Compliance solutions for security posture management.
  3. Oversee Exchange Online for email services, security policies, and mail flow optimization.
  4. Manage Intune (Endpoint Management) for device compliance and security.
  5. Configure and maintain email signature solutions using CodeTwo.
  6. Ensure endpoint backups for critical systems using Druva.

Infrastructure & End-User Support:

  1. Provide L2/L3 support for end-user queries related to Azure, M365, and infrastructure services.
  2. Manage Print Servers, DHCP, DNS, Domain Controllers, ADDS, and NPS.
  3. Perform server update management and conduct regular health checks.
  4. Work closely with IT teams across different geographical locations to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Azure & M365 administration.

Technical Skills:

  1. Identity & Authentication (LDAP, Entra ID, Hybrid Identity).
  2. Security & Compliance (Defender, Backup Solutions, Email Security).
  3. Infrastructure Services (ADDS, DNS, DHCP, Print Servers, NPS).
  4. Endpoint Backup Solutions (Druva) and Email Signature Management (CodeTwo).
  5. Strong troubleshooting and L2/L3 support experience.
  6. Excellent collaboration skills for working with IT teams across regions.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
