INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Tax Executive to join our Finance and Accounts team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and reporting across industries. What You'll Lead And Deliver
- Assist to Supervisor with tax provisions, federal and provincial tax issues, to comply with tax regulations and tax audits.
- Prepare the internal tax documentation relating to tax filing, tax computation and prepare the tax notices working under rule 44(4), under section 165 and under section 149 etc.
- Facilitate through effective communication with tax authorities.
- Facilitate in preparation of written responses for tax amendments to resolve state and federal notices.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Company Structure and Financial System while working on different tax engagements in different territories.
- Assist in all phases of tax audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, record management.
- Facilitate the compliance requirement with federal, state and local requirements in different jurisdictions.
- Prepare and maintain the working papers, reports and supporting documentation for Tax audit findings in accordance with ISAs, IFRS and Audit Methodology.
- Assist and support to other team members in meeting their regulatory obligations and tax matters.
- Preparation of support working and replies for Income Tax and Sales Tax Audit.
- Supervision for filling of Monthly /Quarterly/Annual Tax Returns of Sales Tax, Withholding tax, Income Tax of all territories.
- Assist in establishing the Corporate Secretarial record globally for all territories and update the record wherever the change is taken place.
- Prepare the VAT refunds working files and gathering the supporting documents require for VAT refunds purposes.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- Must be CA Part-Qualified, ACMA, ACCA or hold an equivalent professional qualification.
- Possess 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in Taxation and Compliance roles.
- A strong and sound understanding of taxation laws and regulations is essential.
