Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Motion & Visual Designer to bring our brand to life across digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and more. You will be responsible for creating short-form animations, reels, carousels, and compelling visual content that enhances engagement, strengthens brand identity, and delivers real value to our audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and animate engaging social media content: stories, reels, video clips, transitions, and carousel animations.
  • Transform static assets into dynamic visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
  • Independently develop visual solutions for campaigns and briefs.
  • Ensure deliverables are optimized for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Keep up with the latest design and motion trends relevant to social media.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in motion and visual design, particularly for social media.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics tailored for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD.
  • Expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Blender, or Cinema 4D is a plus.
  • Experience with PowerPoint/Keynote for pitch and brand decks.
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and animation principles.
  • Ability to adapt designs quickly for multiple formats and manage tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and collaboration skills.
