Job Description

We are seeking a creative and innovative Motion & Visual Designer to bring our brand to life across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, animations, and visuals that enhance engagement, strengthen brand identity, and deliver real value to our audiences.

  • Design and animate short-form animations, reels, carousels, and compelling visual content.
  • Transform static assets into dynamic visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
  • Independently develop visual solutions for campaigns and briefs.
  • Ensure deliverables are optimized for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Keep up with the latest design and motion trends relevant to social media.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in motion and visual design, particularly for social media.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics tailored for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD.
  • Expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Blender, or Cinema 4D is a plus.
  • Experience with PowerPoint/Keynote for pitch and brand decks.
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and animation principles.
  • Ability to adapt designs quickly for multiple formats and manage tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and collaboration skills.
