We're now expanding our AI automation engineering team and seeking a technically strong, creatively-driven AI Automation Engineer to help build intelligent agent workflows using platforms like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and GoHighLevel.

Role Overview:

You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agent workflows that automate business processes, client acquisition, content operations, and communication flows. Your work will sit at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI, combining LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration with a deep understanding of APIs and modern automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-driven agent workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and GoHighLevel
• Integrate APIs and third-party services into intelligent, multi-step automations
• Build agentic workflows that leverage LLMs, custom prompts, memory, and chaining logic
• Write backend logic using Python, Java, or JavaScript where necessary to extend no-code capabilities
• Construct real-time decision-making agents (e.g., for sales, support, marketing) integrated into CRM and comms platforms
• Collaborate with content teams and account managers to tailor agent flows to specific client goals
• Maintain clean, scalable documentation for workflows, integrations, and agent behaviors
• Optimize workflows for performance, accuracy, and reliability with clear monitoring and debugging
• Stay updated with evolving AI tools, models, and automation platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and/or Java
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and webhooks
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms: n8n, Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, and GoHighLevel
• Experience with AI models like OpenAI, Anthropic, or LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, chained reasoning, retrieval augmented generation, and agent memory systems

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, and debugging skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional team collaboration and client updates
• A proactive attitude with a "builder's mindset" to take ideas from concept to functional systems
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions with minimal supervision

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience with CRM automation (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel customizations)
• Familiarity with web scraping, RPA, or task orchestration frameworks
• Understanding of AI compliance and data security best practices
• Experience in marketing automation, eCommerce flows, or customer service automation
