
Office Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls professionally, handling office equipment, and performing clerical duties. Additional responsibilities include supporting internal communication and providing administrative assistance to various departments.
Qualifications- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Administrative assistance and clerical skills
- Experience with phone messaging and call answering
- Basic knowledge of accounts
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
