Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Custom GPT System Development:
    • Design, build, and refine a custom GPT system to automate tasks like bank reconciliation, data summarization, and financial reporting.
    • Integrate the GPT system with SAP modules (e.g., FICO, inventory management, and production planning).
    • Enable natural language queries for SAP data access and insights.
  2. AI Integration and Automation:
    • Automate repetitive business processes (e.g., inventory tracking, reporting, and order management).
    • Research and implement AI tools like OpenAI, TensorFlow, or RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Zapier).
    • Create intuitive dashboards and generate real-time business insights using AI analytics.
  3. Collaboration and Optimization:
    • Collaborate with the founder to brainstorm AI-based solutions and prioritize projects.
    • Conduct testing and optimize AI tools for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
    • Train team members on using AI-driven systems to ensure smooth adoption.
  4. Market Research and Scalability:
    • Research AI applications and best practices in footwear manufacturing and SAP integration.
    • Identify scalable solutions to commercialize AI systems for other businesses and industries.
  5. Staying Ahead of the Competition:
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology to ensure the business remains at the forefront of innovation.
    • Continuously explore and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance business processes and competitiveness.
  6. End-to-End AI Integration:
    • Identify all potential areas within the business that can benefit from AI integration, including supply chain, customer interactions, and production workflows.

Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to connect and optimize various functions, creating a fully integrated AI ecosystem.

Job Specification:

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python and API integrations (experience with OpenAI API is a plus).
  • Familiarity with SAP modules and tools like OData or SAP BTP.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, UiPath, or Make (formerly Integromat).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in AI applications for manufacturing (e.g., predictive maintenance, quality control).
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
