The suitable candidate will be responsible for the publications and reporting of the press releases. Besides, the person will also be responsible for handling clients' queries, maintaining internal communication with other teams, managing and maintaining the proper workflow of operations, and reporting to the Team Lead of operations.

  • Submission of PRs for full-service clients.
  • Publication and distribution of press releases on distribution channels.
  • Communication with all other teams within the organization.
  • Client support and Query handling.
  • Assistance of the Sales team with their queries and resolving technical issues.
  • Maintaining and managing the workflow of operations.
  • Reporting of press releases to clients.

  • MS Office is a compulsory
  • Proofreading
  • Writing skills
  • Excellent verbal & communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Editors must be creative, curious, and knowledgeable in a broad range of topics
  • Detail oriented
  • Good judgment
  • Knowledge of media production and communication
  • Self-motivated, with minimal guidance
