  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of Split and Package AC units.
  • Perform preventive maintenance activities on HVAC systems and equipment (Chiller, AHUs, Pumps, Motors, Package & Split Units, etc.).
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical faults of HVAC systems.
  • Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, and perform scheduled servicing when due.
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls and carry out emergency repairs efficiently.
  • Maintain PPM and other maintenance and repair activity records for all HVAC equipment; close work orders and provide reports as required.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and HSE policies, especially regarding energized work, working at heights, and confined spaces.
  • Operate BMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding HVAC system issues and solutions.
