What you'll be doing?
  1. Facility Management: Plan and execute tasks related to facilities, upgrading and repairing machinery and equipment for optimal performance.
  2. Vendor Relations: Interface with vendors for repairs or components, reviewing quotes and making cost-effective decisions.
  3. Training and Development: Conduct basic maintenance training for end users to enhance team capabilities.
  4. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve machinery malfunctions efficiently.
  5. Preventive Maintenance: Perform and oversee maintenance, keeping detailed repair records.
  6. Strategic Planning: Identify critical spares and potential causes of machinery failures to reduce downtime.
  7. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety rules by vendors and contractors.
  8. Cost Management: Lead cost-saving projects and work within budgets to improve equipment efficiency.
  9. Team Leadership: Coach maintenance engineers on predictive maintenance and continuous improvement practices.
Who are they looking for?
  1. Industry Experience: 3-5 years in maintenance and repair in manufacturing.
  2. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and using machine data for predictive maintenance.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of CNC machines and safety standards.
  5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  6. Flexibility: Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  7. Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
