Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Growth & Partnership Manager to strengthen business relationships, expand operational efficiency, and unlock new revenue streams. This role will focus on establishing partnerships with NBFCs and other vendors such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Telemart, and 1Link. The successful candidate must demonstrate business development capabilities, a strong fintech network, and excellent interpersonal communication to support scalable growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage partnerships with NBFCs and relevant fintech players to improve operational stability and business expansion.
- Build and nurture sustainable business relationships with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Telemart, 1Link, Credit Bureaus, and similar platforms.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, revenue enablers, and digital collaborations.
- Handle partnership lifecycle including initiation, negotiation, SLAs, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Resolve vendor performance issues and ensure alignment with internal policies and SECP regulations.
- Contribute to business strategy, performance goals, and portfolio growth through structured planning.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of partnership deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: At least 4-5 years in a business management role within fintech, banking, telecom, or digital financial services.
- Industry Network: Working relationships with key fintech and digital payment companies is highly desirable.
Required Skills:
- Business development and partner relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of NBFC regulations and digital lending frameworks.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM platforms, and business analysis tools.
