JOB DETAILS:
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience or MCS or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the establishment of the Documents Repository Section.
- Digitize the company's original records and agreements to enable easy and fast access, while ensuring safe storage conditions to maintain agreements and contracts.
- Oversee the collection of original agreements from departments and offices across the entire company.
- Maintain a master list of all files and records (agreements/contracts) in both hard copy and soft form, capturing details of updates made to the files. Update the master list for new additions or revisions.
- Interact with departmental management to determine their information systems requirements.
- Conduct detailed systems analysis in areas requiring automation and develop or source suitable software to meet user requirements.
- Study departmental processes and suggest process improvements to management.
- Design efficient processes through automation and business process redesign upon departmental approval.
- Develop, implement, and train staff on software solutions/applications for digitalization.
- Implement reporting, visualization, BI dashboards, and predictive analysis for management and stakeholders.
- Integrate and transform multiple data feeds from internal and external sources/systems.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, tune, and troubleshoot databases and applications.
- Gain hands-on experience with business applications development using Microsoft technologies such as ASP.Net, SQL Server, Integration Services, Analysis Services, Power BI, Cognos BI, and Oracle Database.
- Ensure audit compliance and prepare the department for internal, external, and government audits and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare revenue and Capex budgets for the division/department and monitor their consumption.
- Identify, assess, and develop risk response strategies for management-owned risks.
- Ensure smooth departmental operations, including team/task management, vendor management, billing, and budgeting, through technology and process improvements.
