JOB DETAILS:

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience or MCS or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the establishment of the Documents Repository Section.
  2. Digitize the company's original records and agreements to enable easy and fast access, while ensuring safe storage conditions to maintain agreements and contracts.
  3. Oversee the collection of original agreements from departments and offices across the entire company.
  4. Maintain a master list of all files and records (agreements/contracts) in both hard copy and soft form, capturing details of updates made to the files. Update the master list for new additions or revisions.
  5. Interact with departmental management to determine their information systems requirements.
  6. Conduct detailed systems analysis in areas requiring automation and develop or source suitable software to meet user requirements.
  7. Study departmental processes and suggest process improvements to management.
  8. Design efficient processes through automation and business process redesign upon departmental approval.
  9. Develop, implement, and train staff on software solutions/applications for digitalization.
  10. Implement reporting, visualization, BI dashboards, and predictive analysis for management and stakeholders.
  11. Integrate and transform multiple data feeds from internal and external sources/systems.
  12. Configure, deploy, maintain, tune, and troubleshoot databases and applications.
  13. Gain hands-on experience with business applications development using Microsoft technologies such as ASP.Net, SQL Server, Integration Services, Analysis Services, Power BI, Cognos BI, and Oracle Database.
  14. Ensure audit compliance and prepare the department for internal, external, and government audits and regulatory compliance.
  15. Prepare revenue and Capex budgets for the division/department and monitor their consumption.
  16. Identify, assess, and develop risk response strategies for management-owned risks.
  17. Ensure smooth departmental operations, including team/task management, vendor management, billing, and budgeting, through technology and process improvements.
