• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies including digital branding and advertising campaigns.
• Develop the marketing strategy and plan to drive brand strategies to deliver measurable top line and bottom line results.
• Monitor and analyze market trends; study competitors' products and services; identify target market and develop strategies to attract potential customers; and explore ways of improving existing products and services to increase profitability.
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Provide writing and editing support for all outbound member communication including all promotional materials, website content, social media and monthly newsletters.
• Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross and up selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, consultants, to market products and services effectively.
• Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
• Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
• Creativity: Generates new and innovative approaches to problems/tasks.
• Persistence: Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done.
• Communication: Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative. Maintains this standard in all forms of communication, including e-mail.
