Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Producer to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for brand campaigns, internal culture initiatives, events, social media, and client-facing projects. This role requires strong storytelling skills, technical expertise in video production, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for brand campaigns, internal culture content, events, social media, and client-facing materials.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and key moments during events, workshops, team activities, and corporate functions.
  • Manage and maintain video production equipment, ensuring readiness for shoots.

Creative Concept Development

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to brainstorm and develop creative video concepts that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Research and implement the latest video trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms to ensure fresh and engaging content.

Post-Production

  • Edit videos with attention to detail, including color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics/animations when needed.
  • Optimize short-form, vertical content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Project & Brand Management

  • Maintain an organized workflow for multiple video projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the content calendar.
  • Ensure all visual content adheres to PF's branding guidelines and tone across platforms.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in video production, editing, and content creation for marketing or brand purposes.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and camera operation.
  • Ability to create engaging content tailored for different social media platforms.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of photography principles and basic photo editing.
  • Familiarity with content performance metrics and optimization strategies.
