Job Title: Assistant Manager – Strategic Growth Business Unit

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the operations and strategic initiatives of our Strategic Growth Business Unit (SGBU). This role involves close collaboration with sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business development activities and strategic projects.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, business-savvy, and eager to contribute to a high-performance environment that focuses on scaling new revenue channels, partnerships, and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Sales Manager in planning and executing growth strategies, sales initiatives, and market development efforts
  • Track and manage sales pipelines, CRM updates, and revenue forecasting in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry scanning to support business expansion initiatives
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and client meetings
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, Finance) to support proposal development, pricing, and client onboarding
  • Assist in managing strategic accounts and maintaining strong client communications and follow-ups
  • Support documentation, process mapping, and improvement initiatives within SGBU
  • Participate in operational planning, project tracking, and team coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales operations, or strategic planning
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and research skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Must be available to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
