We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team with a specific focus on freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing profiles, bidding on projects, generating leads, and closing sales to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize company profiles on Upwork , Fiverr , and similar platforms.
- Search and bid on relevant projects daily to acquire new clients.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch suitable services.
- Convert leads into confirmed projects through follow-ups, proposals, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, development, content) for smooth project execution.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for recurring business.
- Maintain records of all bids, communications, and project statuses.
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 to 70,000 per month
- Commission: Attractive commission structure based on successful sales and closed deals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or business development, especially on Upwork and Fiverr
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of digital services such as web development, graphic design, SEO, etc.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple accounts
- Good understanding of bidding strategies and freelance platform algorithms
