Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in Kaneez Fatima Block 1, Commercial Lane 10, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Karachi. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products, and driving sales in our store.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Salesman to join our team If you are passionate about sales and customer interaction, we want to hear from you

MORNING SHIFT: 1 Position available (for Male)

  • Qualification: Matric / Intermediate
  • Duty Timings: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 8 pm
  • Saturday: Full day, 11 am - 12 pm.
  • Sunday: Off day

EVENING SHIFT: 1 Position available (for FEMALE)

  • Qualification: Matric / Intermediate
  • Duty Timings: Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 11 pm
  • Sunday: Full day, 12 pm - 11 pm.
  • Saturday: Off day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers
  • Present and sell products/services to new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Job Specification:

  • Proven sales experience (experience in a utility store/grocery store/mini mart is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
