We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Manage and support end-to-end functional and non-functional analysis to ensure a coherent design for business and technology assets and architecture.
  • Demonstrate traceability of functional and non-functional requirements and solution design.
  • Create analysis of customer journeys and product functionality.
  • Manage and evaluate change impact assessments of proposed requirements.
  • Understand and challenge implications of change, such as dependencies, feasibility, scope, outputs, and processes.
  • Manage and provide domain expertise to support design development activities, e.g., review technical documentation.
  • Manage and help prepare for Design Authorities and other forums, working with the development team to address challenges.
  • Manage, track, and report delivery progress against requirements.
  • Work with the Product Owner to manage, define, and track performance measures. Support and guide the Product Owner in creating/evolving the Product roadmap, creating epics, writing user stories, and managing the product backlog.
  • Drive Agile team performance and outcome metrics as required.
  • Provide expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, LEAN), as well as Disciplined Agile and SAFe frameworks.
