We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to help drive business growth.

Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. You will analyze financial data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Analyzing financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Providing financial reporting and analysis to support business partner decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with business operations

Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis
  • CIMA/ACCA certification or education in progress, desired
